About us
Our story
IDO – Zanzibar was established by group of volunteers who met at Mitiulaya, Wete, Pemba, Tanzania on December 16, 2019. It is registered as NGO by The Registrar of Civil Societies, Zanzibar on January 3, 2021 with registration number Z00000978968.

Our mission
To provide the best services to the society especially in areas of health, education, entrepreneurship, environmental conservation, agriculture and aquaculture. A special attention will be given to address healthcare needs of mothers and their babies; and to provide timely maternity emergency services.
